Wing Aero Products Visit
We recently had the pleasure of sharing with part of the top brass of one of our top
suppliers, Wing Aero Products, a flight through the central and east end of our island,
paying a short visit to the islands of Vieques and Culebra.

On the picture from left to right:  Awilda, Norma, Carlos, Kelly W. Folds and her husband Jonathan - a soon to be Private Pilot.

On  June 23,2010 Isla Grande Flying hosted a group of kids from Ninos que quieren Sonreir, an organization that provides help to kids with cancer.   The visitors were allowed to explore the airplanes cockpit while learning about flying.

Mr. Harry Rivera, the airport’s Control Tower Supervisor coordinated a tour of the group to the Tower facilities.  The tour included activities like use of light signals, watching airplanes on Radar and binoculars and a session of Questions and Answers that provided an insight of Air Traffic Control to the kids.  For more information on Ninos que quieren sonreir visit:  ayudameasonreir.org
